3. Delivery Policy

- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Wren & Bloom cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- In the event that the recipient is not available, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot or with a neighbour if deemed appropriate. If this is not possible, we will attempt to contact the sender to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional charge.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations for standard arrangements must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
- For wedding, event, and corporate floral services, specific cancellation policies will be outlined in the individual service agreement.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
